rüa Living is a boutique home renovation company redefining residential spaces in Dubai. From concept design to delivery, we specialize in transforming visions into beautifully crafted homes. We are growing and seeking a highly organized, hands-on Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

 

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Projects Coordinator to lead and oversee 3–5 renovation projects across Dubai, each at different stages of execution. This individual will serve as the face of rüa Living on-site, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, contractors, vendors, and our internal team. You will be responsible for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across all assigned projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Manage the end-to-end coordination of renovation projects from kickoff to handover.

  • Client Interface: Be the primary on-site contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and consistent updates.

  • Scope Management: Work with design and technical teams to finalize scope of works; ensure client approvals are documented.

  • Contractor Liaison: Coordinate daily with contractors to ensure timely and quality execution as per approved specifications and timelines.

  • Procurement Oversight: Track and follow up on procurement schedules for materials, fixtures, and furniture; coordinate delivery to site.

  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and cleanliness; resolve bottlenecks on the ground.

  • Documentation: Maintain updated reports including project trackers, site photos, meeting minutes, and issue logs.

  • Quality Control: Ensure workmanship meets rüa Living’s standards and design intent.

  • Handover Management: Support in final snagging, cleaning, styling, and successful project handover to clients.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential project coordination, site execution, or construction management.

  • Strong understanding of home renovation processes, construction timelines, and vendor coordination.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Trello, WhatsApp, and basic project management software.

  • Valid UAE driving license, with vehicle, and willingness to travel across project sites within Dubai.

We are growing and seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to accelerate our growth and drive project conversions across the city.

 

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Head of Sales with strong experience and networks in the home renovation or fit-out industry. You’ll be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads into signed renovation contracts. You must be proactive, personable, tech-savvy, and thrive in a performance-based, high-accountability role. This is a commission-led role with a high incentive upside for the right candidate who can consistently deliver results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Target Ownership: Own and deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets through a structured approach to lead generation, client engagement, and deal closing.

  • Lead Generation: Use a mix of digital tools (social media, lead gen platforms, paid ads), industry networks, referrals, and outbound efforts to build a strong pipeline.

  • Client Conversion: Conduct consultations, site visits, and solution pitches; close deals by understanding client needs and showcasing rüa Living’s unique value proposition.

  • CRM Management: Track and manage all prospects and opportunities using a CRM tool or sales tracker; ensure timely follow-ups and clear funnel visibility.

  • Partnerships: Build relationships with brokers, real estate agents, property managers, and lifestyle concierges to generate inbound referrals.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with design, project, and procurement teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and handover to delivery.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of renovation and fit-out trends in Dubai’s residential sector and suggest improvements in offerings and pricing strategies.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards to management.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in sales within the home renovation, interior design, or residential fit-out space in Dubai.

  • A natural relationship builder with an existing network of HNWI homeowners, brokers, or real estate professionals in Dubai.

  • Self-starter with a "closer" mindset – confident, persuasive, and resilient under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Instagram lead gen, and real estate/renovation platforms (like Houzz, Property Finder, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

  • Experience working on a performance-linked or commission-based compensation structure.

  • UAE driving license required.
